FOR A QUALITY THERMOFORMING AT ECONOMIC MANUFACTURING COSTS

This new type of machine consumes 5 times less energy than conventional radian ovens and takes half floor space to produce the same piece per minute.

This machine heats, moulds, and cuts plastic sheets with a guillotine, or 24" wide plastic roll pieces on a maximum lengh of 70".

Considering that the mould is separed from the cutting die, the production and maintenance are less expensive and the installation is faster.

This machine comes with a plug assist press that moves during the indexing time if required.
