A computerized tool to meet the general needs of a business as well as specific project requirements. Product of the latest high frequency thermosealing technology, this multifunction turntable features high flexibility through different operation modes, in order to meet the specific needs of various production projects. Raw material and time savings result in production cost reduction.

By design, the turntable is made to significantly decrease production time. Even positioning and engaging the stations are simplified in order to reduce delays before production. Pneumatic press locators help the operator to position the material.

Allowing several operators to work with the microprocessor, this turntable can assemble a high number of parts while featuring numerous operational flexibility benefits. The operator can temporarily disengage a station that he believes to be defective without interrupting the rest of the production. The adjustable feature of the automated rotation speed allows to maintain a consistent production time. The two-way rotation is a new feature allowing efficient work with two of three operators in special situations.
